All purchases come with a 14-day return policy.

To preserve the bag's original color and material, try to avoid storing the bag in direct sunlight or in humid conditions.

If the bag consists of leather materials, a damp cloth or alcohol wipe can be used to clean the surface of the leather after an accumulation of dirt and dust.
